| 摘 要： | 从环境资源、经济、社会稳定发展角度分析得出,灾害学理论的研究及其发展有利于提高国家综合实力,促进社会稳定,提高资源环境的支持能力和防灾减灾能力。同时分析了灾害及灾害学理论对中国可持续发展的几点启示,指出要进一步认识环境灾害及灾害理论,树立正确的灾害观,提高对环境的认识,适时进行可持续发展意义上的防灾减灾工作。

| Abstract: | By analyzing environmental resources,economy and social stability,it can be drawn that calamity research and its development has help to improve national comprehensive strength,promote social stability,promote the support ability of disaster prevention and the reduction ability to improve resource environment.Meanwhile,the article mainly probes the illumination and enlightenment respect of sustainable development of our country in the calamity,helps us to establish the correct calamity view,and improve our understanding of the environment.The research on the illumination of calamity has important enlightenment to instructing us to carry on the disaster prevention and reduction work in the sustainable development meaning. |
