On the Reasons for China's Excessive Administrative Costs and Its Countermeasures

In recent years, the problem of governments' excessive administrative costs and expenditure has become increasingly evident. The huge administrative costs have not only increased the governments' financial burden, but also undermined governments' image. Today, the establishment of a harmonious society requires establishing conservation-oriented governments, the key to which is to reduce administrative costs. This article analyzes the reasons for China's excessive administrative costs and makes some suggestions on reducing the administrative costs.
