| 摘 要： | 作为微观经济基础的企业,采取何种产权制度及其实现形式是关系改革最终成败和社会生产力能否持续发展的关键。本文试图阐述联合产权制度中的劳动产权,首先重新阐述劳动产权的基本内涵,其次区分了劳动产权和劳动力产权,最后指出了劳动产权在联合产权制度中的地位和作用。

| Abstract: | What kind of property right institution and its way of realization are adopted is the key which concerns the success of reform and the lasting social productivity development. This paper tries to expound the property rights of labor in the united property rights institution. Firstly,the paper redefines basic conception of the property rights of labor;then it distinguishes the property rights of labor and the property rights of labor power. Finally,it analyzes the influence of the property rights of labor on the governance structure of the firm . |
