| 摘 要： | 该文对创新人才知识结构的形成规律进行了分析 ,提出了创新人才知识结构树状模型。模型主要包括树根代表的知识结构与积累 ,芽和枝叶代表的运用知识和创新点 ,树干代表的创新精神 ,树型代表的哲学素养。文章根据创新人才合理知识结构形成的规律 ,提出高校图书馆应成为创新人才合理知识结构形成的知识中心 ,成为培养学生创新精神的熏陶中心 ,以及成为师生进行创新活动的中心

| Abstract: | The law of knowledge structure establishment for innovative talents in university is analyzed and the tree-shaped model of knowledge structure for innovative talents is put forward.The tree-shaped model includes four parts:tree root represents knowledge structure and knowledge accumulation;bud,branch and leaf represent knowledge application and innovation;truck represents innovative spirit;tree forms represent philosophical accomplishment.According to the tree-shaped model,university library should strengthen the following three functions in order to promote students to form rational knowledge structure:center of rational knowledge structure establishment,center of innovative spirit nurture and center of innovative activities. |
