| 摘 要： | 农民收入严重偏低、城乡收入差别过大是我国“三农”问题的突出表现。实现全面小康和构建和谐社会,必须彻底解决“三农”问题。通过对我国“三农”问题的本质解析,指出解决中国“三农”问题的关键在于大量减少农民数量,实施城市化战略。农村城市化不但是解决“三农”问题的关键,也是建设全面小康社会和构建和谐社会的一个必然过程和选择。

| Abstract: | Acute low income of farmers and big difference of income between city and countryside are obvious manifestation of AFC issues in our country.For building moderately and harmonious society,we must solve the problems of A.F.C.thoroughly.This article has analyzed the nature of A.F.C.problems and pointed out that the key how to solve A.F.C.problems is reducing the quantity of farmer in a large number and carry out the strategy of Urbanization.Urbanization is not only the key of AFC problems,but also it is a consequential process and choice for building moderately and harmonious society. |
