世界经济体系中的不平等与不平衡辨析

世界经济体系中发达国家与落后国家之间的不平衡现象一直存在 ,二战以前 ,很大程度上它是由殖民主义造成的不平等而导致的。二战后 ,落后国家获得独立 ,自己主宰自己的命运 ,世界经济体系也朝平等方向有了巨大的进步 ,对落后国家的发展给予了前所未有的优惠待遇。在此背景下 ,发达国家与落后国家之间日益加剧的不平衡现象 ,不是由世界经济体系的不平等造成的。应该从落后国家和发达国家内部发掘导致不平衡的深层问题 ,避免因指责、憎恨世界经济体系的不平等而与之隔绝。

On the Inequality and Disequilibrium in World Economic System

There always exists a disequilibrium between developed and backward countries in the world economic system. The first reason for this, to a large extent, lies in the inequality caused by colonialism before the War II. But after the war backward countries have become the owner of their own fortune, and the world economy has progressed greatly to equality by doing more and more unprecedented favors to backward countries. So under this circumstances, to study the increasing disparity between the backward and the developed countries, we should not focus on the inequality in the world economy system, we must dig out the deeper roots of the internal part of the backward countries to avoid isolation born of blame and hatred for the world economy system.
