基于全球价值链视角的我国地区差距分析

地区差距说到底是经济增长的问题，加快经济增长，缩小不同地区间劳动生产率的差距是缩小地区差距的根本。在经济全球化的背景下，全球价值链的价值环节在全球范围内进行空间重组，提供了资源在全球范围内进行配置以提高配置效率的可能。但由于资本、技术，尤其是劳动力的自由流动难以完全实现，这导致了不同地区间资源配置效率存在差异，进而导致地区间劳动生产率存在差异，最终使得地区差距存在黏性。

Analyzing our Regional Disparity in the View of Global Value Chain

Regional disparity is the problem of economic growth in essence.To accelerate economic growth and narrow the difference of the labor productivity gap in different regions is the fundamental way to narrow the gap of regional disparity.In the background of economic globalization,the fragment of global value chain reorganizes in the entire world which makes it possible that resource is reallocated in the world to enhance the efficiency of configuration.However,since the free movement of capital,technology,in particular of labor has not fully been realized,the efficiency of resources allocation among different parts is different,which leading interval labor productivity differences and ultimately makes regional gaps exist viscous.
