| 摘 要： | 目前,我国农村金融面临许多问题。如何深化农村金融改革,成为解决我国“三农”问题的关键因素之一。论文在对我国农村金融存在的主要问题深入分析的基础上,提出应科学定位现有农村金融机构的职能,创新农村金融主体,构建农村资金回流机制,化解农村金融风险,创新农业保险制度等对策。

| Abstract: | At present,the rural finance of our country faces a lot of problems.Deepening rural financial reform has become one of the key factors to solve issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.The article, based on the analysis of the rural financial problems existed,put forward such countermeasures as orienting the function of the existing rural financial institution scientifically,innovating the subject of rural finance,structuring the mechanism of backward flow of the rural fund,dissolving rural financial risks,innovating the agricultural insurance system,etc. |
