| Abstract: | Adhering to the Concept of people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development is the reflection on the traditional model of industrial civilization development, and the criticism on the limitations of traditional industrial civilization, and the transcending to traditional industrial civilization. To implement the scientific concept of development, and to realize the societal transition from the non-sustainable development to comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, an important civilization guarantee or cultural underpinning is to establish a new concept of civilization which transcends the traditional industrial civilization and accords with the real situation of China. |
