临床教学中医学生的医患关系意识的培养

摘    要:医学生作为未来的医疗工作者,不仅要具备良好的专业技能,还需要具备较高的医患沟通能力来处理医患关系。这是减少医疗纠纷,构建和谐社会的重要内容之一。传统教学没有意识到医学生的发展环境,从而忽略了医患关系意识与沟通能力的培养。这就使得很多医学生在进入实践环节后,存在不同的问题。临床教学是理论与实践的衔接环节,也是医学生学习和成长的核心阶段。在这个过程中,加强对医学生沟通能力的培养,是临床教学的基本内容。唯有加强临床教学中医学生的医患关系认知,才能够从根本上让其重视医患关系对医疗工作开展的重要性。而在目前,对于临床教学中医学生的医患关系意识培养还存在缺失。笔者结合医学生的医患关系意识的内涵进行阐述,就其重要性加以明确,并且就临床应当如何开展医患关系意识教学进行探讨,以期望能够为临床教学提供帮助。

Abstract:Under the background of the continuous development of medical technology, people have set out more requirements for related services. As the future medical workers, medical students not only need to have good professional skills, but also need to have higher communication skills to deal with the doctor-patient relationship. This is one of the important points of reducing medical disputes and building a harmonious society. Traditional teaching doesn''t pay much attention to the development environment of medical students, so it ignores the cultivation of doctor-patient relationship awareness and communication skills. This makes many medical students have different problems when they enter the practice link. Clinical teaching is not only the link between theory and practice, but also the core stage of medical students'' learning and growth. In this process, it is the basic content of clinical teaching to strengthen the cultivation of communication skills of medical students. Only by strengthening the cognition of doctor-patient relationship of TCM students in clinical teaching, can we make them pay attention to the importance of doctor-patient relationship to the development of medical work. At present, there is still a lack of awareness of the relationship between doctors and patients in clinical teaching. The author expounds the connotation of the consciousness of doctor-patient relationship of medical students, makes clear its importance, and discusses how to carry out the teaching of the consciousness of doctor-patient relationship in clinical practice in order to provide help for clinical teaching.
