| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the theory of enterprise marketing financing and the theory of finance in modern corporations,this article points out the general principles to be followed in market financing for road construction.With an anlysis of the adaptability of current financing tools for the main road construction projects,it offers a probe of the characteristics,risks and management of road market financing for the investigation of marketing financing models,which may be applicable to the current situation of marketing financing practice in China. |
