| 摘 要： | 学校是人才培养的摇篮和知识传播的阵地。建设绿色北京离不开强有力的智力支持和人才保证。因此,要积极建设绿色校园,使之成为绿色文化、绿色人才和绿色科学技术生产基地,从而更好更快地推动绿色北京建设。在界定绿色校园基本内涵和外延的基础上,提出以校园环境为基础、绿色教育为核心、绿色研究为动力和绿色传播为引领的绿色校园建设框架,以期为绿色校园的构建提供有益借鉴。
