| 摘 要： | 企业集团在我国经济中有举足轻重的作用,本文运用演化理论的观点,通过研究在转型经济条件下的企业集团的成立方式、战略选择与战略行为的关系,指出在政府影响下,我国企业集团主要的两种成长模式——在转型经济条件下企业成长的演化模式与在成熟市场中的一般模式,两者是不同的。

| Abstract: | In China business groups are important organizational system and control the country’s economy.This paper studies the strategy behavior implicated by business group’s foundation and strategy choose based on evolutionary theory,and it indicates that there are two kinds of evolutionary pattern of business group in transition economy different from that in the developed markets. |
