The group petition on land-acquisition and resident-resettlement is a frequent social phenomenon in recent years.To build up unblocked channels for public interest expression and break the institutional barriers are the most urgent issues to dissolve the dilemma of frequent group petition on land-acquisition and resident-resettlement.This article brings the coping mechanism in three different stages according to the actual basis of group petition on land-acquisition and resident-resettlement,including the early warning mechanism before the event,the disposal and dissolving mechanism during the event and multiple-channel dissolving mechanism based on law after the event,aiming to construct one long-time effective mechanism from the democratic and scientific views.
