| 摘 要： | 对高校体育教育现状进行分析研究 ,阐明实施学分制的意义和作用 ,确立学分制评价模式并结合学分制管理模式特点 ,确立教师择优竞争上岗、学生自主选课、选择教师的管理机制 ,并提出适合高校实际情况的体育课分级评价、管理 ,分级教学和课内外一体化的教学模式改革设想。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the current situation of physic al education in colleges and universities,the significance and effect of the cred it system is elaborated,and the evaluation model is established.Combining the characteristics of the formula,a management mechanism of teachers competing to work,and students choosing their own favorite teachers independently is formed .According to the actual conditions in colleges and universities,a teaching mo del reform of hierarchical evaluation,management,teaching and the integration inside and outside the lesson is put forward. |
