摘    要:通过量子力学的建立与发展、奠定了原子能、计算机、光纤通讯、激光技术的理论基础,证明了科学技术是第一生产力的论述的科学性.通过量子力学的发展,论证了江泽民同志关于"三个代表" 的理论是科技创新评价体系的根本性标准.

Abstract:The establishment and development of quantum mechanics lay down the theoretical foundation for the development of atomic energy, computer, fiber-optical communication and laser technology. It also attests to the scientificalness of the theory that science and technology are the first productive force. The development of quantum mechanics argues that Jiang Zeming's theory on "Three Representatives" is the fundamental criterion of the evaluation system of scientific and technological innovation.
