论我国行政主体类型理论的重构

现代行政行为模式的变迁,致使某些社会主体承担着越来越多的公共职能,在实践中表现为对传统行政主体类型的冲击.从我国行政主体类型的现状入手,分析其缺陷,从而提出重构我国行政主体类型必须以公共服务和行政分权理论为基础,构建多元的行政主体制度,从而实现行政主体制度在理论上和实践上与整个法律制度关系的理顺.

On the Theroetical Reconstruction of Administrative Subject Type

The changes of the modern administrative behavior mode,cause some social subjects to bear more and more public functions,shown as the impact to the traditional administrative subject type in practice.The thesis proceeds with current situation of the administrative subject type of our country,analyse its defect,thus propose being constructing the administrative subject type of our country again must be based on public service and administrative fraction theory,construct and build many administrative subject systems of yuan,thus realize that the administrative subject system is with the making in order of the whole legal system relation with practice on the theory.
