基于省际资本存量重估的全要素生产率分析

通过对我国省际资本存量进行的一系列细致推定,采用永续盘存法估算得到了1978—2010年我国的省际资本存量数据。在此基础上,使用C-D型生产函数,利用DEA-Malmquist指数估算了我国1979—2010年省际层面的全要素生产率指数,并将其分解为技术效率与技术进步指数两部分。度量结果表明,我国经济决策层对"转变经济发展方式"的实践决策有其理论基础,且如何加快探索集约型发展路径,将关系到我国经济是否能持续健康发展。

Total Factor Productivity Analysis Based on Revaluation of Provincial Capital Stock

China＇ s provincial capital stock from the year of 1978 to 2010 is calculated by using the perpetual in- ventory method. On this basis, the CD-type production function and the data envelopment analysis-Malmquist in- dex are used to estimate the total factor productivity index of inter-provincial level from the year of 1979 to 2010, and the index is divided into two parts： technical efficiency and technological progress index. The results show that the practice decision-making of ＂the transformation of economic development mode＂ has its theoretical foun- dation, and how to speed up the exploration of intensive development path will affect the sustained and healthy development of economy.
