| 摘 要： | 网络社会的形成对传统的封闭式创新模式产生巨大的冲击和破坏,并形成了以相关利益者的连接机制作为其基本运行机制,以社会资本、吸收能力以及知识共享作为创新能力影响因子的开放式创新模式。因此,企业应该进一步提升开放理念,加强与外部资源的"连接",搭建与外界进行知识交互的平台,提升网络社会中企业自主创新能力。

| Abstract: | The formation of network society has an enormous impact and destruction on traditional closed innova- tion model, and the open innovation model is formed, which takes the connecting mechanism of stakeholders as its basic operating mechanism, and social capital, absorptive capacity and knowledge sharing as influencing factors of innovation ability. Therefore, enterprises should further enlarge the open concept, strengthen connection to external resources, build a knowledge platform to interact with the outside world, and enhance the capability of independent innovation in network society. |
