| 摘 要： | 教师作为高等教育的主体,是推动高等教育改革和发展的动力。本文分析了我国高等教育的发展趋势和教师在高等教育发展中的作用,提出目前高校教师工作中存在的问题,以期从完善高等教育法制的角度探索解决问题的途径。

| Abstract: | As the main body of the higher education,teacher is the driving force for reform and development of higher education.This paper analyses the development trends of higher education in China and the effects of teacher in higher education.The problems in the routine work of the university teachers are put forward in order to find a way to solve these problems from the viewpoint of perfecting the legal system of higher education. |
