| Abstract: | Based on several relative international conventions as well as English case law,analy zes some problems on the damage liabilities of salvor, combining Chinese Maritime Code and some provisions of Chinese civil law. It should be clarified in the international conventions as well as in Chinese law that the salvor may invoke the protection of limitation of liabilities for the damage claims because of the negligence during the course of salvage. |
