| 摘 要： | 随着高科技信息时代的到来,劳动力需求方总是致力于管理技术的创新,而劳动力市场中高技能劳动力毕竟是少数,技能性失业问题越来越突出。解决技能性失业问题应着眼于微观方面,着重是完善人力投资制度,调整劳动力供求结构、技能结构、区域布局,有效解决农村剩余劳动力的转移。

A study on skill unemployment and the choice of employment policy |

| Abstract: | The paper holds that with the advance of hi tech information era, labor demanders are always trying to carry out the innovation on management technology, But the skill unemployment is of an increasingly serious problem as a result of the lack of highly skilled labors. To solve skill unemployment, we should pay attention to micro aspect, perfecting manpower investment system, adjusting labor supply and demand, skill structure and area layout, and conducting effectively the diversion of surplus labors in the countryside. |
