| 摘 要： | 中国经济的起飞有赖于一个企业家阶层的出现,承担起变革和创新的任务.企业家队伍建设是一项系统工程,在进行企业家自身制度建设的同时,必须对企业家生存的社会文化环境,体制环境以及法律环境等诸方面进行分析,找出其中不利于企业家成长的因素,以便更有针对性地解决在企业家和企业成长过程中的各种问题.

| Abstract: | The takeoff of China's economy depends upon the emergence of the professional entrepreneur class, which will shoulder the responsibility of reform and innovation. The building of the professional entrepreneur class is a systematic project. In order to overcome various obstacles in the process of the growth of entrepreneurs and enterprises more efficiently, it is necessary not only to build sound institutions, but also to find out the factors that hinder the process, by making a systematic analysis of the circumstances they live in--social, cultural, organizational and legal. |
