劳资冲突的风险特征和管理问题分析

摘    要:劳资冲突是我国现阶段社会风险的一种重要形式,具有两个基本特点:一是结构性特征,二是"作为手段"的风险特征。基于劳资冲突的风险独特性,在其管理工作过程中,要明确管理的主体和角色定位,强调社会结构层次的管理思路和管理方式。主要包括消解风险的社会根源,建立常规化的劳资双方协商博弈机制,以及通过真实、真诚的管理方式重建社会信任。

Abstract:Conflict between labor and capital is an important form of social risk in current China,it has two basic features: the structural risk and the risk as a means.In its management process,there is a need to define subjects of management and their roles,and place emphasis on the management principles and methods from the structural perspective.The main solutions include the elimination of the social roots of risk,establishment of the regular consultation mechanism between employers and employees,and rebuilding social trust by real and honest management approach.
