| 摘 要： | 中小企业在推动国民经济的发展中起着至关重要的作用,但是人才流失却阻碍着企业的发展。在总结相关文献研究成果基础上,结合对12家深圳企业的人才流失现状调研,初步构建了我国中小型企业知识型人才流失的影响因素指标体系,为下一步定量研究奠定了理论基础。

| Abstract: | The SMEs plays a vital role in promoting the development of national economy,but the brain drain problem of talented persons is hampering the development of SMEs.This article integrates the related research achievements with the interview of 12 companies of Shenzhen and then builds up the main influencing factors index,and formulates a certain system,which can lay the foundation for conducting the evaluation by the scientific way. |
