| 摘 要： | 教育部新颁布的<普通高校学生管理规定>,体现了依法建章、依法管理、维护学生合法权益的管理原则.高校学生工作必须创新管理理念、管理制度和管理机制,祛除旧的管理体制中漠视被管理主体的合法权益的现象,确立维护学生合法权益的制度、机制和管理过程.
