新中国50多年来宅基地立法的历史沿革

宅基地立法是宅基地法制建设的重要组成部分.根据土地制度演变与土地管理体制演变,可将宅基地立法分为宅基地私有时期的立法、人民公社时期的宅基地立法、改革开放初期的宅基地立法、城乡土地统管阶段的宅基地立法、城乡土地体管理制转轨阶段的宅基地立法等五个阶段;不同的发展阶段具有不同的立法内容,不同的立法内容具有不同的特点.

On historic evolution of residential land legislation after over fifty years since the founding of new China

Residential land legislation is an important part of residential land law construction.According to land system evolution and land management system evolution,residential land legislation can be classified into such five periodic legislation as the legislation in private ownership era,legislation in people's commune era,legislation in the era of reform and opening to outside world,legislation in the era of urban-rural land unified management and legislation in urban-rural land management system transitional era.Different developing periods have different legislation contents and different legislation contents have different characteristics.
