| 摘 要： | 本文对传统民本与民主思想进行了比较,分析了民主化背景下的民本思想的不合时宜性,传统民本思想与现代民主精神的本质差异及其阻碍当前民主政治建设的一些现实表现,并指出了肃清民本思想的消极影响,培育现代民主意识的对策。

| Abstract: | This text has compared the thoughts of people as mainstay with the democratic thought,analyzed its unsuitability under the democratization,the essential difference between the traditional thoughts and the modern democratic spirit and some realistic performances baffling current democracy construction,and put forward some measures to eliminate negative affect of that traditional thoughts and culltivate the modern democratic consciousness of people. |
