“能源三角地区”与中印能源竞争和合作

“能源三角地区”蕴藏着丰富的石油和天然气资源,因此成为世界各国竞相争夺的目标。中国和印度作为重要的能源消费大国,其能源进口的大部分皆来源于此。为了确保各自的能源安全,两国在这一地区展开了积极的能源外交。中印在寻求能源方面既存在竞争的现实,也存在合作的机遇。能否健康竞争、善意合作关系到两国经济的持续增长和亚洲乃至世界能源格局的重构。

“The Energy Triangle Region” and the Competition and Cooperation in Energy between China and India

China and India are important powers of energy consumption, the major part of imported energy coming from the energy triangle region. To ensure their energy security, the two countries have conducted active energy diplomacy. In seeking energy resources, China and India face the reality of competition as well as the opportunity of cooperation. Whether they can engage in healthy competition as well as good intention cooperation will not only affect the sustainable growth of economy in the two countries but also the restructuring of Asian and even global energy structure.
