康熙前期东北边防思想探析

康熙东北边防思想是在其统治前期中俄交涉过程中逐步形成的。重安内、轻攘外 ,内外并举是其东北边防思想中心所在 ;同时 ,以天朝大国自居 ,盲目自大、自欺欺人、轻视敌人的华夷观念也是其东北边防思想的重要组成部分。此二者相辅相成 ,互为补充 ,成为康熙东北筹边的指导思想
