《国风》复沓初探

复沓,是典型的《国风》表现手法,160首诗绝大多数不同程度地运用了这一手法。《国风》的复沓大致可分为四种情况：一、只变化字词的复沓;二、变词杂以变句的复沓;三、变句为主的复沓;四、复沓的进一步发展。《国风》复沓手法的变化展示了它由简而繁的大致发展线索：从规整的一字一词的重复,到句子的变化,直至出现了双复沓和非复沓的扩充部分。至此,复沓走完了其自身发展从低到高的全过程。

On the Refrain in Book of Lyrics

A striking feature of Book of Lyrics is its use of refrain--varying repetition of word, sentences or the whole stanza, done at least to produce a melodious effect. Most of the entire collection of 160 poems in Book of Lyrics applies this technique in some degree through any combination of the following four ways： 1 Refrain only in one word; 2 Refrain in one word and in sentence; 3 Refrain mainly in sentence; 4 Refrain in advanced development. The changes of refrain in Book of Lyrics reveal the general trajectory of its development from simplicity to complexity. The initial pattern of regular repetition of one word evolved into sentence changes which further expanded into double refrain and non- refrain within one poem, registering the whole process of the development of the refrain from its formative stage to maturity.
