| 摘 要： | 知识密集型服务业在现代经济和社会扮演着越来越重要的角色,作为典型的知识密集型服务业,金融服务业中有效的知识管理将大大促进其服务创新的开展,是提升金融企业竞争力的有力保证.文章提出金融服务创新过程的本质是知识转移和开发客户关系,并根据金融服务创新过程,分析服务创新各阶段知识转移特性及知识获取和扩散过程.

| Abstract: | This paper concludes that the writing principles are essentially generated to adapt to the various contextual elements according to Verschueren's theory of dynamic adaptability of contextual correlates.The dynamic adaptability of context as a feature of language use requires flexibility in observing business writing principles and the principles should be developed with the development of writing practices. |
