| 摘 要： | 在国内占有重要地位的东北老工业基地的装备工业,面临国际竞争的挑战.选择实施装备工业的进口替代战略可以取得增强实力、推动产业结构优化升级、替代进口、满足国内市场需求以及扩大就业等效应,但在实施过程中需注意实施的时限、还需注意采取符合国际规则的适度保护措施、进行环境建设和培养企业竞争力等问题.

| Abstract: | Equipment-manufacturing industry in Northeast Industry Base is important in domestic, but faces great challenge from international competitiveness. Choosing import substitution strategy is helpful to its strength and promotes industrial structure upgrading, substitutes importation and enlarges employments. During the strategy's implement, some issues need paying attention to, such as the strategy's time-limit, taking suitable protecting measures according to international rules, building environments and developing enterprises' competitiveness. |
