| Abstract: | The construction of student cadres group has great influence on the stablization and development of higher education institutions in Henan.Therefore,we must select good student cadres on the basis of focusing on human quality in order to optimize cadre group and put more emphsis on daily education and management with mechanism innovation as driving force in order to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of student cadres. |
