| 摘 要： | 在县级以上党政领导班子和领导干部中，开展以“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”为主要内容的党性党风教育，这是贯彻党的十五大精神和中央关于深入学习邓小平理论的新部署。本文分析了开展“三讲”教育的意义，对如何提高“三讲”教育的成效进行了思考。

| Abstract: | To implement the essence of the 15 th National Party Congress and further study Den Xiaoping's Theory, Three-Advocates (advocate study, politics and healthy atmosphere) must be carried out among the party leading group and leading cadres above the county level. This paper analyses the significance of Three-Advocates and presents some thoughts on the method of improving the effect. |
