| 摘 要： | 地区经济发展不平衡的问题已经形成共识 ,在对成因解释中 ,大部分经济学者谈到经济成因 ,也主张政府干预 ,但这些理论并不完全适合中国国情。本文试图阐释经济成因背后的政府行为所带来的影响 ,提出政府行为在消除地区差距中的若干对策
