| 摘 要： | 随着网络技术的发展,电子采购已逐步成为企业的新型采购模式。通信企业应从经济性、实用性、协调性出发,构建以网络技术为基础、ED I为工具、Internet为依托、安全体系为保障的电子采购模式,实现物资订购、支付、配送等采购活动的电子化。
