The Sustainable Development of the Power Industry in Minority Areas

The sustainable development of the power industry plays an important role in getting rid of poverty and becoming rich,and developing the regional economy as well.In the areas of abundant power resources and ecological tourism and the less developed society and economy,we should first perfect the policy system in developing the economy in minority areas,establish the market distribution mechanism of separating the ownership and the right to use so that it may create a better outside environment for industrial development.Secondly,we should establish and perfect modern enterprise regulations and rules,adopting the stocking system and grouping system,and make a rational exploitation of the power resources to create a harmonious environment for the sustainable development of the power industry in minority areas.
