| 摘 要： | 把全面提高教育质量作为工作永恒的主题和“扩招”形势下的一项紧迫任务,是认真贯彻"七一”讲话精神,忠实实践"三个代表”重要思想的必然要求和第一要务.全面提高教育质量,首要的是始终坚持社会主义办学方向;其次是要牢固树立科学的人才质量观;再次是要努力建设一支高素质的教师队伍;最后是要不断优化办学环境,因为环境也是生产力.

| Abstract: | Overall heightening education quality, as permanent working theme and urgent assignment in situation of enrollment expansion, is the enevitable request and chief mission to earnestly implement the spirit of July lst speech and honestly practice the important thought of three behalves. Overall heightening education quality requires, firstly upholding socialism education throuhout, secondly firmly establishing scientific idea of talent quality, thirdly trying hard to build troops of highly qualified teachers, fourthly continuously improving educational environment, which is also productive power. |
