| 摘 要： | 科技论文是科技工作者最新研究成果的集中体现,反映的是一个国家在某一方向、某一时期的发展状况和学术水平.文章首先从科技论文网络发表的作用与影响出发进行说明,接着进行了可行性论证,最后在引入评价体系的前提下,对科技论文网络发表纳入科研管理的深层次作用和影响进行了进一步的阐述.
