| Abstract: | In according with the practice in organic chemistry teaching, three elicitation methods of teaching engaged in classroom instruction were summed up in this paper, those are stimulating the students' learning desires, designing teaching plans painstakingly, drawing up problems, giving full play to the teacher' s leading roles and the students' body effects, developping the students' manual abilities. |
