| 摘 要： | 对于法科学生来说,重新界定法学培养目标,探索新时期法律人才培养模式是目前法学教育研究的热点问题。论述了“3个课堂结合的教学模式”、“开放性的教学模式”以及“灵活多样的评价机制”等新时期法律人才培养模式的革新路径。
