| Abstract: | With rapid economic development,how can we deal with the challenge of population security? Based on rural family planning needs for the target population's social security requirement and institutional supply bias,Jiangsu southern area has channeled the benefit guidance into the overall social security,established long-term security mechanisms,improved policy guarantee systems,built public service platforms,and ensured government financial input for the purpose of improving the social security effectiveness of the family planning work and promoting population security. |
