论后危机时期中国企业海外并购的战略选择

近年来，随着中国经济的持续增长，中国企业的海外并购活动日益活跃，且逐渐显现出一些新的特征。以2008—2015年766起海外并购事件作为研究样本，对其进行深入分析，探讨后危机时期中国企业海外并购的主要特征。在对中国企业海外并购形势进行 SWOT 分析的基础上，就中国企业如何在海外并购问题上做出正确的战略选择提出了相应的对策与建议，以期助推“走出去”战略的实施。

On Strategic Choice of Transnational Merger for Chinese Enterprises in Post-Crisis Period

With the continuous growth of China’s economy,there is an increasingly developmental trend to the overseas M&A by Chinese enterprises in the recent few years with some new characteris-tics coming out. Based on the 766 cases of transnational merger from 2008 to 2015,the main charac-teristics to merge and acquire overseas enterprises were discussed in depth. Meanwhile,a SWOT a-nalysis on the situation of Chinese enterprises’cross-border M&A was made in detail. Then,the cor-responding countermeasures and suggestions on how to help Chinese enterprises to make the right choices about overseas M&A strategy were put forward,thus to promote the implementation of the strategy of“going out”.
