| 摘 要： | 中国特色新型智库建设的关键是整合现有资源，在智库机构整合上，设计整合准入评价指标，构建整合准入机制；在人才资源整合上，设计遴选标准，构建专家遴选机制；在网络资源整合上，利用计算机及互联网技术，搭建智库联盟网络平台。

| Abstract: | The key of the construction of new type of Chinese characteristics think tank is the integra-tion of existing resources.Based on the integration of the institutions of think tank,we designed the integrated access evaluation index and built integrated access mechanism.Based on the integration of human resources,we designed selection criteria and constructed expert selection mechanism.Based on network resource integration,we built a think tank alliance network platform with computer and In-ternet technology. |
