当前最低工资标准在执行过程中出现的问题及建议

摘    要:最低工资标准是国家宏观调控工资的手段,有利于保护非熟练劳动力的经济权益.当前最低工资在执行过程中,出现最低工资标准仍偏低,一些企业以最低工资为基本工资,加班费以最低工资标准为基点计算,绝大多数员工不知道当地最低工资标准等问题.建议最低工资标准计算办法要与城镇职工平均工资挂钩,同时出台全日制小时工资标准,加大宣传最低工资标准,让更多的员工知道最低工资标准,以维护自己的劳动权益.

Abstract:The minimum wage standards are the method for a nation to make macro adjustment of the wages and are helpful to protect the economic right and interests of unskillful workers. In the process of the executing of current minimum wages, there are some problems that the minimum wage is still at low level, that some companies regard the minimum wage as the basic wage, that overtime working pay is calculated based on minimum wage at starting point, the vast majority of employees do not know the local minimum wage standards and so on. Suggestions are that minimum wage should be linked to the average wage of urban workers, meanwhile, that the full time hourly wage standard should be made, that the minimum wage standards should largely be propagandaed so that more employees are able to know the minimum wage in order to protect their working rights.
