| 摘 要： | 在我国完善市场经济体制的背景下,构建符合社会主义市场经济发展的社会诚信体系已经成为国家发展过程中的重大课题。为确保商事登记的制度功能得到充分实现,必须保证登记事项的真实性,这就需要在商事登记制度中树立诚实信用原则,构建诚信机制,为商事登记提供有效的信用保障。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the perfection of the market economic system in China,constructing social credit system in line with the socialist market economic development has become an important issue in the national development process.To ensure that the system functions of commercial registration is fully realized,we must guarantee the authenticity of the registered items,which need to establish the principle of good faith in commercial registration system,building integrity mechanism for providing effective credit guar-antee for the registration system. |
