| 摘 要： | 企业财务诊断是企业诊断中非常重要的部分。但是,目前人们对企业财务诊断的内容尚无统一的认识,对财务诊断指标体系的设置也无统一的标准,这些都给财务诊断的实施带来了很大困难。因此对企业财务诊断指标体系的构建进行探索研究十分必要。
