试论1942年中苏关于苏联势力撤出新疆问题的谈判和交涉

1942年新苏关系恶化后,苏联势力之所以能迅速撤离新疆,原因不仅在于蒋介石抓住了千载难逢的好时机,还有盛世才的坚决反苏,苏联不能分散对德作战精力,国民党政府利用美国的影响对苏联施加压力,以及苏联在新疆的违反国际法准则的所作所为使其处于理亏地位.苏联势力撤出新疆,使新疆自民国以来第一次完整地纳入中国中央集权的范围,但也因此给新疆经济带来了严重困难,同时使中苏关系进一步恶化.

On the Sino-USSR Negotiations about the Withdrawal from Xinjiang of the Soviet Union's Force in 1942

After the relationship between Xinjiang and the Soviet Union got worse in 1942, the force of the Soviet Union quickly withdrew from Xinjiang. For one thing that Chiang Kai shek caught hold of a golden opportunity and also Shen Shicai was strongly opposed to the Soviet Union; for another, the Soviet Union couldn't divert its energy from its battle against Germany, KMT authority used the force of U.S.A to impose pressure upon the Soviet Union and the acts of the Soviet Union in violation of international law in Xinjiang.
