基于乡村旅游开发的农村土地利用变化研究

探讨乡村地区旅游开发影响下土地利用变化及调控问题,重点分析非理性旅游资源开发导致乡村地区大量农用土地的非农化,从而引起土地利用与土地覆被的极大变化,同时指出乡村地区大量农用地的非农化,不利于乡村地区土地资源可持续利用和新农村建设.在分析土地非农化决策主体行为的基础上,提出乡村旅游开发中土地可持续利用的调控对策.
